La Chinata´s Pimentón de La Vera is a unique product in the world. The Extremadura region of La Vera produces a paprika with special characteristics, as the paprika is not dried in the sun, but in the traditional way, by burning oak or holm oak wood, acquiring an unmistakable smoky flavour. It provides a unique flavour and aroma to the dishes.

In addition to being a 100% natural colouring, La Chinata´s paprika is a condiment that gives personality to those recipes in which it is used. Moreover, as it is a product with an intense flavour and aroma, small quantities of it will be sufficient, saving on costs.
