    This delicious Cinco Jotas 100% Ibérico Salchichón de bellota is made from lean and sirloin pork, of a pig reared extensively in the dehesas of the Iberian Peninsula and fed with acorns during the "montanera" season.

    It is created following the the traditional method used in the Jabugo area, which also involves the natural curing of this piece takes between 4 and 6 months.

    The unmistakable flavour of the Cinco Jotas 100% Iberian salchichón de bellota is achieved thanks to the combination of different spices, which are mixed with the meat and give it an exquisite aroma. Black pepper, white pepper, nutmeg and just the right touch of salt give Cinco Jotas salchichón its authentic and unique flavour.

    100% Iberian pork, sea salt, dextrin, dextrose, spices, antioxidant E-301 (sodium ascorbate), flavour enhancers E-621, E-631 and E-627, preservatives E-252 (potassium nitrate) and E-250 (sodium nitrite), colouring E-120 (carminic acid) and vegetable oil.
