    2 pieces of 175 gr each of Mayoral Secallona extra from Huesca, Aragon, in a vacuum sealed packaging.

    Secallona is a typical Pyrenean mountains sausage in northeast Spain, mainly Aragon and Catalonia. It varies slightly from one area to another, but it is mainly made with lean pork and pork casing, combined with the spices of each house. Once the sausage has been stuffed, it is left to cure slowly in our drying room. During the drying process, the sausages are hand-chopped one by one to give them that irregular appearance. The cold, dry climate of the Pyrenees does the rest.

    Mayoral: Based in Somontano de Barbastro, Huesca, it was founded at the foot of the Pyrenees mountains in 1950 to produce pork products. Since then, they have continued the work that began three generations ago, keeping the old recipes and the secrets of the production and curing process of these traditional products. This artisan production is complemented by a meticulous selection of raw materials, as well as the incorporation of new technologies and quality certificates.
